Library Registration

To access and use TTU Library, you will be asked to finish:

  • Membership Form 
  • Personal Library in Koha system
  • Digital library registration.

 

Library account/Personal Libraries in Koha

Every users in TTU Library will have personal library account in Koha system which help you to see: 

  • History searching
  • Checked in, checked out materials. 
  • Overdued materials
  • Renew loaning
  • Hold materials in advance
  • Follow up the process of loaning materials
  • Tagging (user indexing).

 

Every new users must register library account before use. To register it, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill up the Membersip Form with your signature accompany with 2 ID photos and send the scanned PDF to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
  2. After registration, there will be a notification to your email which included user name and password from our librarian teams. 
  3. Visit the catalog page and log in to active the account and change your password as well as other information.
  4. Here we go to use it when you finish the above steps.

 

Digital Library account:

Currently, our library is offering many collections which are on-line and free access for everyone such as: TTU History Documentation, Open Educational Resources and TTU Course Materials. However, there will limited access for course materials collection. Thus, you need you have personal account to login those materials.

To get the account, you may come directly to the library and show up student ID or Staff ID to make process. If you already fill up the Form of Membership, our librarians also send  Dspace account accompany with the KOHA account. You need to log in and change the password and your personal details.
