Collect Course Materials

1. Purpose:  save, share  valuable resources knowledge assets of university to study and research in Tan Tao university (TTU), Tan Tao Gifted High school (TTS).

2. Collected Objects:

  • TTU's Faculties and Visiting professors .
  • TTS's Faculties and Visiting lecturers .

3. Types of materials collection:

  • Syllabus
  • Lecture Notes – Leture Outline
  • Exam and Solution (midterm and final)
  • Typical Test (3 articles: Excellent- Good - Average)

4. Method collection:

Library sends email for faculty/ teacher and collect course materials via 2nd  methods:

  • Via email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it : softcopy with form PDF, PPT
  • Directly at the library: Hard copy has signature of faculty/ teacher and Dean/ Deputy Dean.

6. Sanction:

With the collection of CM in  TTU, TTS , Our library hope to receive the the positive collaboration from you then the resources of CM which we collected valuable and meaningful as as the purpose of the collection.

Besides that, the collection is also mandatory policy of university with lecturers,teachers participate teaching in TTU and TTS.

With lecturers,teachers do not follow according to this policy, university will have some sanctions:

  • At the end of CM collection: Library sends email and remind twice times, each time separated by 1 week.    
  • Library sends the list of  lecturers and teachers do not follow according to this policy to School management board, HR department and Accounting department to temporarily hold the latest month's salary / wage of courses (for lecturers / teachers visiting members) until lecturers, teachers completed.
  • If after all these measures that lecturers / teachers still do not cooperate, School management board may direct the termination employment contract at the University.
